At Pitaka India, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth, transparent, and reliable. Every order is handled with care and shipped through trusted delivery partners to ensure your products reach you safely and on time.

 

 

1. Order Processing

                       Orders are generally dispatched within 2448 working hours.

                       During peak seasons, promotional periods, new launches, or in rare situations, dispatch times may extend slightly.

                       If any order requires additional processing time, it will be mentioned on the specific product page.

            Shipping of Pre-orders depend on availability of the stocks. Due to import procedures and stock dispatches from Pitaka Warehouse, the dispatch of can take up to 30 days after order received. This is under unforeseen circumstances. Usually pre-orders are dispatched within 15 days

 

 

We always aim to ship as quickly as possible without compromising on quality checks.

 

 

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

 

A. Standard Shipping

                       Delivery Timeline: 38 working days

                       Shipping Fee: FREE across India

                       Metro cities generally receive orders faster (usually within 45 days).

 

B. Priority Express Shipping

                       Delivery Timeline: 13 working days

                       Eligibility: Available only for prepaid orders

                       Charges: Displayed at checkout

                       Ideal for customers who need faster delivery for gifting, travel, or urgent use.

 

 

3. International Shipping

                       All international shipments are Prepaid Only.

                       Charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

                       Import duties, VAT, or customs fees (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.

                       International orders are generally dispatched within 78 working days unless otherwise stated.

 

 

4. Address & Order Modifications

 

If you wish to update your delivery address or modify your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order.

 

Once your order has been processed or shipped, changes cannot be guaranteed.

 

 

5. Delivery Timelines & Delays

 

While we partner with trusted carriers (Blue Dart / DTDC / Shiprocket and others), delivery times may vary due to:

                       Weather conditions

                       Strikes or transport challenges

                       Remote or restricted locations

                       High-volume festive periods

 

We remain committed to assisting you throughout the process in case of any unexpected delays.

 

 

6. 7-Day Money Guarantee (Store Credit)

 

We offer a 7-day satisfaction assurance.

If your product doesnt meet expectations, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

                       This guarantee is applicable only in the form of store credit.

                       The product must be unused and in original packaging.

                       Store credit is issued once the item is received and inspected.

 

 

7. Packages Marked as Delivered

 

Once a package is marked Delivered” by the courier, it is considered successfully handed over.

We cannot be held responsible for:

                       Theft after delivery

                       Incorrect delivery due to incorrect address provided

 

However, we will fully assist you in raising a delivery inquiry with the courier partner.

 

 

8. Damaged or Defective Deliveries

 

If your order arrives visibly damaged:

                       Refuse the delivery or

                       Contact us within 3 days of delivery with images and videos

 

Please retain the original packaging until the issue is resolved.

 

 

9. Undelivered, Lost, or Returned Shipments

 

If an order is declared lost in transit or returned to sender due to courier error, we will reship the order at no additional cost.

 

If it is returned due to an address mistake or unavailability, reshipping charges may apply.
