FAQs

*The product images for the Galaxy S25 series are taken using a display model and are for reference purposes only.

Q1. Why couldn't I find the MagEZ Case and MagEZ Case Pro on your site now?

A1. We've updated the names of our cases to highlight their key features.

The MagEZ Case is now split into two series:
Ultra-Slim Cases for classic minimalist design;
Tactile Woven Cases for unique textures and refined aesthetics.

The MagEZ Case Pro is now known as our Military-Grade Protective case, emphasizing its superior impact protection.

The name change is meant to make it easier for more customers to choose the right cases, based on their needs. But no worries, it has no impact on the quality and functionality of each case.

Q2. How to use PinButtons?

Q3. Can the PinButtons scratch the side of my S24 Ultra?

A3. No, the PinButtons do not make direct contact with your phone, thus preventing any potential damage to the side of your device.

Q4. Can it be used with a screen protector?

A4. Yes, the PinButton Case for Galaxy S24 Ultra is compatible with a screen protector that fits within the screen's edge. Due to the moderate curvature of the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra's screen, our protective case works well with standard screen protectors without any issues.

Q5. Will the metal buttons scratch the phone buttons?

A5. No, the metal buttons are equipped with an anti-scratch sheet to prevent direct contact with the phone's buttons, ensuring they do not cause any damage.

Q6. Can it be magnetically attracted? Will it affect wireless charging?

A6. The PinButton Case for Galaxy S24 Ultra features a MagSafe ring magnet that allows it to magnetically connect to other devices with MagSafe ring magnets without interfering with wireless charging functionality.

Q7. Is it possible to use the NFC function when the screen is locked?

A7. Unfortunately, you cannot use the NFC shortcut key when the screen is locked. You will need to unlock the screen first.

Q8. Will the magnets in the PinButton Case affect the S Pen stylus sensor?

A8. MagSafe-compatible magnets in our PinButton Case do not affect the use of the S Pen, screen scrolling, GPS, or charging. However, if your PinButton Case is attached with magnetic accessories like phone rings or card sleeves, they might interfere with the signal of your S Pen. We recommend removing these magnetic accessories before using the S Pen to ensure its smooth operation.

Q9. Why does magnetism seem to be weaker than in previous phone cases? For example, the iPhone 13 series.

A9. Too strong a magnetic force may have a negative impact on the charging speed. We have fine-tuned the magnetic force of the new phone case to ensure that it provides safe magnetic force while ensuring charging efficiency.

Q10. Why does the "StarPeak" phone case have a textured pattern on the back?

A10. We wanted to provide users with a more three-dimensional tactile experience with the "StarPeak" phone case. To achieve this, we incorporated a technique known as jacquard weaving into the Fusion Weaving process. This technique involves weaving patterns by interlocking warp and weft threads to create a textured and raised design.

Jacquard weaving itself has the characteristic of being different on the front and back. The front features a woven pattern texture, while the back consists of interwoven threads. What appears to be a single-layer effect is actually the result of two layers of aramid fibers intertwining. Due to the presence of multiple layers of aramid fiber in certain areas, a textured pattern is formed when the phone case is molded (similar to how patterns in knitted sweaters may appear raised). This is a trace of our craftsmanship, reflecting the weaving process and adding to the handmade charm.

The irregular pattern signifies a more complex weaving process, which requires additional manual craftsmanship. If you are concerned about the traces of handwork, think carefully before buying.
